3. Health Outcome Research Course – Evidence-Based Decision Making for Pricing and Reimbursement

The international postgraduate ULG Health Outcome Research, co-hosted by VSCR and SFU, took place for the third time from 21.10.-23.10.2019 at the Sigmund Freud Private University. It included postgraduate students from Lithuania, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Norway, the Czech Republic and Austria.

The professors, lecturers and panelists of the panel discussion were from Austria, Switzerland and Belgium. The language of instruction was English.

The keynote lecture on the topic UNLOCKING THE FULL POTENTIAL OF GENERIC AND BIOSIMILAR MEDICINES TO ENABLE PATIENT ACCESS TO MEDICINES was co-founded by dr. Wolfgang Andiel, President of the Austrian Generics Association; Head External Affairs and Market Access at Sandoz Austria and Diogo Piedade, Health Economics Advisor at Medicines for Europe, Belgium, followed by a public panel discussion with national and international stakeholders.

The continuative modules HEALTH OUTCOME RESEARCH ADVANCED COURSES will take place from 20-23 April 2020 and in September 2020.
