2. Health outcome research – Evidence-Based Decision Making for Pricing and Reimbursement

The international postgraduate ULG Health Outcome Research jointly organized by VSCR and SFU took place from 27-29 May 2019 at the Sigmund Freud University Vienna. There were postgraduate students from 20 different nations.

The speakers came from Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, France and Dubai. The language of instruction was English.

The key note lecture about CURRENT AND FUTURE ADVANCEMENTS IN CANCER THERAPY – HOW TO BALANCE BENEFITS AND COSTS FOR SOCIETY was given by Univ.-Prof. Dr. Heinz Ludwig, Oncologist, Wilheminenspital, Vienna followed by a public panel discussion with national and international stakeholders.

The repetition of this module Evidence-Based Decision Making for Pricing and Reimbursement will take place from 21 to 23 October 2019 in Vienna.
