Course description
Participants should get a basic understanding of GDPR, relevant case-law and lessons learnt from practice with a focus on the pharmaceutical business.
Following a wrap-up of most important GDPR basics, the course focuses on handling of data breaches, ensuring data subjects’ rights, compliance, HR, clinical trials and marketing campaigns (including best practices examples).
The course follows a solution-driven approach in order to ensure legally compliant but still pragmatic ways on how to process personal data for different purposes relevant for pharmaceutical companies.
Assessment will be done by Multiple choice questions. After successful completion, a certificate will be issued by VSCR.
