Vienna School of Clinical Research, Public Health and Medical Education (VSCR) and Sigmund Freud University of Vienna (SFU)<\/a> together will start with a new modular academic programme – Decision Making for Pricing and Reimbursement –<\/strong>from 15 to 18 November 2018 in Vienna.<\/p>\n

This academic programme consists of five independent modules each building on the knowledge and skills required for health outcomes research and health policy making.<\/p>\n

BASE MODULE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Module 1<\/strong>: Evidence Based Decision Making for Pricing and Reimbursement: from Theory to Practice
\n(15-18 November 2018).<\/p>\n

COMPLEMENTARY MODULES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Module 2:
\n<\/strong>Principles of Health Economy and Cost-Effectiveness Analysis (advanced course)<\/p>\n

Module 3:
\n<\/strong>Evidence Based Medicine and Implementation Science \u2013 Toolkit<\/p>\n

Module 4<\/strong>:
\nSystematic Reviews for HTA and Reimbursement Decisions<\/p>\n

Module 5<\/strong>:
\nFrom Licensing to Reimbursement \u2013 How to Design Your Studies<\/p>\n

Each module of the programme comprises a series of lectures, tutorials, panel discussions and individual work. The interactive atmosphere during the course ensures effective communication with the faculty and fosters professional exchange and networking between the participants.<\/p>\n

Each module can be booked as a stand-alone module<\/strong>. Successful completion of a single module will be awarded with a joint certificate from Vienna School and SFU.<\/p>\n

For successful completion of the base module and two complementary modules of choice, participants will be awarded with the \u201cVSCR\/SFU Health Outcomes Research Academic Diploma\u201d.<\/p>\n
